Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund, at our discretion. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any customs duties or taxes paid are not eligible for refund through us. Sale items may have different return terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
